Refund policy

Nuku hopes you are satisfied with your product. Nuku products always have a 14-day return policy right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused and in the condition where it is received, with all parts (including packaging and instruction manual) of the product stored. You must return the product in its original packaging or packed in a similar way.

The full amount of your returned item will be refunded to your bank or credit card account in accordance to your payment method. Remember to enter your account number so we can return the money to your account. The payment will be refunded as soon as we have received and verified the returned product. In case of a problem, please be in touch with our customer service.

If the product is damaged during shipping, take photos of both the packaging and the product, and send pictures and additional information about the order to our customer service. We will be able to make a damage notification to the transport service for you, and we can send you a replacement product faster. Always keep the damaged transport package.
