SHIPPING

Nuku offers shipping in EU countries and in Japan.

If you live outside these countries, please contact us for an inquiry.

Please mention the products you are interested in, your country and contact information, so that we can propose you the best shipping method.

SHIPPING IN EU

Textile products are shipped from EU.

Shipping rates vary according to your geographical zone:

Zone 1: Belgium

Shipping costs: 8 € for delivery to parcel shop

Delivery time: 1-3 working days

Zone 2: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany

Shipping costs: 24 €

Delivery time: 3-5 working days

Zone 3: Other EU countries

Shipping costs: 33 €

Delivery time: 3-5 working days

Zone 4: UK

Shipping costs: 33 €
Delivery time; 3-5 working days

*Please be aware that additional government duties and custom fees can occur.

 

Note that art pieces and some products might be in stock in Japan exclusively. In that case the international shipping cost is higher. Please refer to the product description before placing your order.

 

Customs

We ship from the EU, please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver. Please note that due to the Brexit, UK orders over €150 have to pay import duties. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Please be aware, that If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed off by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

 

SHIPPING IN JAPAN

Shipment from Kanagawa prefecture.

We offer shipping inside Japan with two different rates: Small 770¥ and Large 50,00¥. The size comes from the volume of the package needed for a secure shipping of the product. The cost also covers all the packaging material. 

Note that an additional shipping cost might be applied for Okinawa and Hokkaido.

All orders will be proceed within one week. A notification will be sent by email when the shipment is on its way.
